Nativity certificate is issued by the State Government as an official document to confirm that an individual
has lived in a particular area for five or more years. Every state in India issues this certificate,
and it is essential for school admissions and employment purposes. it can be applied in the e-savai portal
Documents needed to apply for Nativity Certificate:
The following documents have to be submitted while applying Nativity Certificate:
- Photo
- Ration card or Proof of Address
- Birth Certificate
- School Education Certificate
- Self-declaration Form
How to Apply for a Nativity Certificate:
If the applicant has a unique CAN Number, their record will appear in the search results.
Step 1: Choose the record by clicking the option button next to the desired entry.
Step 2: Press the “Proceed” button.
You can update the CAN details of the applicant by clicking on the “Edit CAN Detail” button. The “Save as New” option enables you to save the same CAN Number with different applicant details.
Certificate for Nativity Certificate:
Section 1: Choose a category for the Nativity Certificate (either Nativity by Birth or Nativity by Residence).
Section 2: Provide details about the applicant.
The applicant’s details will be automatically filled in the form and cannot be changed.
STEP 1: Enter the Ration Card Number.
Section 3: Provide your current address details.
The form will automatically fill in the applicant’s details, and users cannot change them., and users cannot change them.
Section 4: Provide your permanent address details.
The form will automatically fill in the applicant’s details, and users cannot change them.
Section 5: Provide your contact details.
The form will automatically fill in the applicant’s details, and users cannot change them.
Section 6: Fill in the form details along with addresses for the past years.
Enter address details for the past years using the available fields. Click on the ‘Add’ button to add a record, and the added records will be shown at the top.
Note:
- You must provide address details for the past 5 years.
- Start with your current address.
- This section can be left blank if you choose “Nativity by Birth” under Certificate Category.
Click ‘Submit’ to submit the application.
STEP 1: Enter the Documents required
STEP 2: Click on “UPLOAD”
select ‘Make Payment.‘
You will be redirected to the payment page
Click on ‘Confirm Payment.‘
