A “No Male Child Certificate” means a document that confirms there are no boys or male children in a family. This certificate can be applied in the E-savai Tamil Nadu portal and the Certificate can be obtained from Tahsildar / Deputy Tahsildar in their Taluk.
The Following are the Documents needed for the No Male Child Certificate:
To apply for a Residence Certificate, gather these required documents.
- Combined Photo of Parents
- Sterilization Certificate of Parents
- Birth certificate of First Children
- Birth certificate of Second Children
- Current Address Proof
- Self-declaration from
- Other documents

Section 1: Application Form
STEP 1: Enter the details (child’s mother/father details).

Section 2: Add Child Details
STEP 1 Provide the Child’s Details.
- Ensure the last child is under 3 years old.
- Maintain a gap of at least 9 months between the birthdates of two children, except for twins, where you can schedule the second child’s birth the following day.
- If choosing the father’s sterilization, complete the procedure within 9 months before the last child’s birth. Otherwise, schedule sterilization after the last child’s birth.
