Bachelor of LegislativeLaw Course (LLB):

LLB 3 Years:
It shall be an Academic Years Degree Course in Law. The three-year course shall be divided into six semesters.
Eligibility Criteria for 3-year LLB Students:
- Candidates should hold a graduation degree following the 10+2+3 pattern from a recognized university,
- Completed any U.G. Degree from a Recognised University,
- Minimum Marks: Applicants must secure a minimum of 45% marks for the general category, 42% for OBC, and 40% for SC/ST to be eligible to apply for the exam in the 3-year program.
LLB 5 Years:
It shall be a Five Academic Years Degree Course in Law. The five-year course shall be divided into ten semesters.

- Qualification: A Candidate should have passed (10 +2) Higher Secondary Examination,
- Minimum Marks: To be eligible for the LLB 5-year program, candidates need to attain a minimum
of 45% marks in the qualifying exam, with 42% for OBC and 40% for SC/ST category candidates.

For the 3-year LLB programme:
- Minimum GPA Requirement: A minimum grade point average of 45% is required for LLB eligibility after graduating from any accredited institution.
For 5 year Law Course LLB Programme:
- Class 12 Marks: Candidates aspiring for the 5-year LLB program must pass their class 12 examinations with a minimum of 45% overall.
Based on the Entrance exam:
- To be eligible for LLB (3 and 5-year programme), candidates need to take the required entrance exams specified by institutions, such as CLAT, AILET, etc required or relevant entrance
Age Criteria: The minimum age requirement to apply for the LLB program is 17 years old
