Selection process:

  • The Bank of India PO exam has a specific exam pattern that candidates should understand.
  • Phase-1 Written Test is conducted online with sectional timing.
  • The English Language and English Descriptive Paper can be attempted in both English and Hindi, but they are for qualifying purposes and are not included in the merit list.
  • There’s a penalty for wrong answers in the Objective Tests, deducting 1/4th of the marks for each incorrect answer.
  • Phase 2 includes Group Discussion (GD), and candidates must achieve a minimum of 40% for the General/EWS category and 35% for the SC/ST/OBC/PWD category to qualify.
  • Phase-3 comprises personal interviews with a total of 60 marks, and the same qualifying marks apply for different categories.
