Eligibility of Hubert H. Humphrey Fellowship Program
To qualify, applicants must:
1. Hold the equivalent of a U.S. bachelor’s degree.
2. Possess a four-year bachelor’s degree, master’s degree, or full-time postgraduate diploma if the bachelor’s degree is less than four years in duration.
3. Have a minimum of 5 years of professional experience before August 2024 in the relevant field.

Note: Candidates meeting the following criteria will be ineligible for the fellowship:
– Individuals who attended a U.S. graduate school for one academic year or more in the seven years before August 2024.
– University teachers without management or policy responsibilities, excluding English language teachers and specialists in substance abuse prevention and treatment.
– Individuals with less than five years of full-time professional experience before August 2024.
– Individuals with over six months of U.S. experience in the five years before August 2024.
– Those who have participated in recent State Department exchange programs.
– Individuals with dual U.S. citizenship or U.S. permanent resident status.
